Belen Keşlik is
a rectangular fortified estate house of Armenian construction without the
typical rounded salients to protect the corners. The upper level has eight embrasures
loopholes. This was one of the many
sites that guarded a route between the Mediterranean Sea and the Hetʽumid
stronghold of Çandır (Papeṙōn).
