Meydan / Aladağ / Karsantı [Arm: Barjrberd, Bardzrberd, Partzrpert] is an impressive castle and chapel of Armenian construction with three baileys, an array of rounded towers, and a ceremonial hall whose decorations included carved capitals.  This site has inter-visibility with Hotalan and controlled access into the eastern half of the Vale of Karsantı.
