Kaymaklı is
the Armenian Monastery of the All-Savior (Amenaprkitch, Ամէնափրկիչ) (15th
– 18th c.) and includes a church, chapel, scriptorium, and residential
buildings. This site is located 3 km
southeast of Trabzon. The photographs
herein show the monastery prior to the proposed destruction of the monks’
dormitory.
